LIVE IN THE HEART OF THE PEARL. The Pearl District one of the hippest neighborhoods in the heart of Portland with lush parks and tree lined streets. Kearney Plaza has called this neighborhood home for over 15 years. With a great location, loyal resident base and a great sense of community they were in a great position for continued success. But their branding had become stale and they found themselves up against newer communities and amenities.
With a brand overhaul we were able to refocus their message and rediscover their identity. Their new brand and message speaks to the “urban oasis” that is the Pearl District but also to the feeling of community and home they have created through carefully managed relationships with their residents.
